Returns And Refund Policy

If you are within the 14 day returns period, then you can return your order to us for a full refund providing that the goods are unworn and in a brand new condition.

Please pack your goods in the original packaging when making a return.

To start the return process, please email us on humblelines@outlook.com with your name, contact details, order number and reason for return so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

All return periods being from the date you receive the goods. Items which have been worn or display signs of wear are unable to be returned for a full refund – this does not affect your statutory rights.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 3 – 10 working days depending on your payment method issuer.
